At a start-up like ours, a lot needs to be done to build up the business and there are many things that still need to be sorted out. There is always more work than we can actually handle. In this situation, it's all the more important to think about our employees: they are our most important asset.

My employees and I spend a lot of time out and about. As home help providers, we work in customers’ homes. There are accidents now and again too, such as trips and falls. Whenever possible, I work with customers to make my employees’ working environment as safe as possible. We don't always succeed, but this is very important to me.
