What does the leadership lab do with your feedback?

The leadership lab team carried out an interim evaluation of all completed self-tests in the leadership lab. This showed that small companies (up to 10 employees) rate fairness and respectful treatment of each other more highly than participants from larger companies.

They also paint a slightly more positive picture of the health and safety of their employees. The most serious problem for small companies is stress and exhaustion. They see the least need for action in terms of safety in the workplace.
