Move out of your comfort zone

According to the article Is sitting the new smoking? (in German) in the Neue Zürcher Zeitung, sitting is harmful and shortens life expectancy.

The reason for this is the lack of movement: The whole body, from the cardiovascular system to the muscles and breathing, goes into standby mode, so to speak, and loses its balance. At least the article gives the all-clear: sitting is less dangerous to your health than smoking. But exercise is better.
