Home help provider in the canton of Neuchâtel
My employees and I spend a lot of time out and about. As home help providers, we work in customers’ homes. There are accidents now and again too, such as trips and falls. Whenever possible, I work with customers to make my employees’ working environment as safe as possible. We don't always succeed, but this is very important to me.

I react quickly to absences
My employees have also had accidents at work or been absent due to illness. On those occasions, I had to quickly rearrange things, but other employees have always been able to step in – luckily, because it's hard to find temporary staff.
Time shared creates trust
It’s important to me to have a trusting relationship with my employees. To make this happen, I'm happy to invest the time needed to talk things over. In doing so, I learn a lot about any pressing issues and problems they may be facing, both at work and in their personal lives. And this allows me to respond in good time.
I have to share jobs out evenly
As the owner, I have to make sure all staff are given the ‘right’ workload. I have to share jobs out properly, help employees get organised, or even be prepared to reduce someone's workload from time to time.
